Privacy Policy and processing of personal data
Information on the processing of personal data, provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and to Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 101/2018, to visitors of the website mtbvalcamonica.it and users of the services it offers, excluding any external links the site may point to.
Data controller
The data controller is the MTB Valcamonica association, with its registered office at via Grigna 34, 25040 Esine (BS), Italy. For any request concerning personal data you may write to mtbvalcamonica@gmail.com.
Browsing data
During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures that run this website acquire certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by visitors, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computing environment. These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check that it works correctly, and they may be used to establish liability in the event of computer crimes against the site. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the security and proper functioning of the site.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of email to the addresses indicated on this site, or via any contact form, entails the acquisition of the sender's address, necessary in order to reply to the requests, as well as of any other personal data contained in the message. Such data are processed solely to follow up on the request; the legal basis is responding to a request from the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Cookies
The site uses only technical cookies that are necessary for it to work: in particular a cookie to remember the chosen language and, for logged-in members of the reserved area only, a session cookie. No profiling cookies and no tracking or third-party tools are used; for this reason no consent banner is required. The user may in any case block or delete cookies at any time through their browser settings; disabling technical cookies may, however, impair some functions of the site.
How, where and for how long data are processed
The data are processed using electronic tools and measures appropriate to ensure their security and confidentiality. Browsing data reside on the server of the provider that hosts the site; communication data (contact requests) are processed on the computers of authorised members. The data are stored within the European Union and are neither disclosed nor transferred to third parties. Browsing data are kept for the time strictly necessary for the statistical and security purposes; data provided voluntarily are kept for the time needed to handle the request.
Rights of the data subject
At any time the data subject may exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15 to 22 GDPR: access to their data, rectification, erasure, restriction of and objection to processing, data portability and, where applicable, withdrawal of consent. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Italian Data Protection Authority — Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
